Dear Mr. Johnson:
This letter confims our recent discussions with you and Mr. Mark Wisenberg regarding our use of certain information on the Sequoyah f!uclear Plant in the perfomance of Generic Task No. A-17. Systems Interaction in t!uclear Power Plants. The infomation was acquired from you by the P{RC Office of Inspection and Enforcement for NRC personnel instructional purposes. We believe that some of this infomation may be useful to our contractor, Sandia Laboratories, to assist the contractor personnel in understanding the secuences of systems operation for various operating conditions. This kind of infomation can be useful for verifying system sequential operation as it affects the fault tree logic that Sandia Laboratories is developing for systems interaction. The infomation may also be useful to verify that all inportant plant components are nroperly accounted for in the veriff-cation of the fault tree methodology.
