PG&E is submitting certain updates to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS), Part III, of the San Luis Obispo County / Cities Nuclear Power Plant Emergency Response Plan. These SOPS are liste'l in Enci m ure 2.

Concurrently, two copies of the SOPS are being submitted to the NRC Region V office and one copy is being submitted to the NRC Resident Inspector.

Some SOFs contain privacy / proprietary information that is identified in Enclosure I and bracketed in accordance with NRC Generic Letter 81-27,

" Privacy and Proprietary Material in Emergency Plans."
