2. Letter No. G02-81-0454, R. Matlock to R. Engelken, dated November 6, 1981, 10CFR50.55(e) Potentially Reportable Condition #144 - Possible Installation of Defective 2" Schedule Pipe.
3. Bestco Liquid Penetrant Report No. 016.
4. Bestco Ultrasonic Thickness Report No. 060.
5. Bestco Liquid Penetrant Report No. 018.
6. Bestco Ultrasonic Thickness Report No. 063.

In accordarce with provisions of 10CFR50.55(e), your staff was informed of the subject condition. After an extensive outlined testing program was performed, the results were conclusive that the pipe passed all tests.

Therefore, this condition is not reportable under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). This concludes our final report on the subject condition.
