control switch was lost. Investigation revealed that all radioactive gas

yl sampler outboard isolation valves (57-3978A thru G) were closed.s7-397 D  !

g3, was olectrically isolated and valved out of service. Remaining 6 valves  !

A1 were opened restoring system to service within several hours. Continued loi,!I operation permitted by Tech Spec 3 0.C.2. Centaira nt mcp pump 3 were f r

,a.4 i f operable and outputs were nor=al. Similar occurrence:LER 2-80-19/3L.
