INTERROGATORY NO. 17 Did a 1977 management audit of GPU, by Booz, Allen and Hamilton recommend integrating the management of GPU Service Corporation and Met.'Ed.?

RESPONSE

17. The information requested is included in relevant por-tions of the Booz-Allen and Hamilton report which have been placed in Licensee's Discovery Reading Room.

INTERROGATORY NO. 21 Does Licensee have operating and emergency procedures for TMI-l?

INTERROGATORY NO. 22 If so, supply the most recent copy and a copy of the procedures in effect one (1) month prior to the March 28 accident at Unit 2.

INTERROGATORY NO. 35 Please supply the names of all employees associated with TMI in any way who left their employment at the Island within three (3) weeks of the accident.

RESPONSE

35. A list of management, supervisory, and professional personnel who left the employment of Metropolitan Edison between January 1, 1979, and June 4, 1979, has been placed in Licensee's Discovery Reading Room.

INTERROGATORY NO. 37 Supply the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all health physicists employed at TMI since the beginning of operations, showing their dates of employment and describing their dutics.

RESPONSE

37. The names of Licensee's employees having as a job duty, or part of a job duty, health physics is listed on Interrogatory 1 No. 37 Attachment A. The addresses of such employees presently assigned to TMI are Metropolitan Edison Company, P. O. Box 480, Middletown, Pennsylvania 17057. The last known address of indi-viduals no longer employed by Licensee is listed on Interrogatory No. 37 Attachment B. The description of the job duties is con-tained in the existing position descriptions, copies of which are being placed in Licensee's Discovery Reading Room.
