On January 7, 1980, I forwarded to you Licensee s":.
response to TMIA's second set of interrogatories.
In.its response, Licensee objected to certain interrogatories be-cause TMIA had not identified which of its contentions the interrogatory related to and Licensee could find no relation-ship between the referenced interrogatory and any TMIA con-tention.
Your letter of January 14, 1980, identifies those contentions which TMIA contends are relevant to the inter-rogatories objected to by Licensee.
While Licensee does not agree that TMIA has demonstrated relevance in every instance, it was agreed between us that Licensee would file additional responses to certain interrogatories, as those interrogatories were modified during our telephone conversations.
Enclosed please find the promised supplemental re-spon'e by Licensee to TMIA's second set of interrogatories.
