Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

Using corrected weights of the Velan valves SCE5G has determined that seven (7) supports could have overloaded under the design basis event. Redesign of the piping system has been completed, drawing changes have been issued and the modifications are in progress. Since corrective action is in progress SCESG considers this the final report on this item.

O If you have any quest ns ,please let us know.
