Electrical Corrective Maintenance Procedure 1-ECM-2403-03, "RSS Transformer C Outage with Backfeed of Transfer Bus F" is used to re-position leads, jumpers and relays to support the backfeed lineup of the F Transfer Bus while taking the C Reserve Station Service Transformer out of service. This safety evaluation allows the modification to defeat automatic tripping of selected 4160 volt breakers associated with Transfer Bus F.

1/2-ICM-EP-CAB-002 Instrument Corrective Maintenance Procedures 09/27/99 (Safety Evaluation 99-090)

Instrument Corrective Maintenance Procedures 1/2-ICM-EP-CAB-002, "Placing Failed Channel of 4KV Underfrequency in Trip or Returning to Normal", were written to place a failed channel of 4KV Underfrequency circuitry in Trip in order to meet the requirements of Technical Specifications Table 3.7-1, Item 13 if a channel fails.
