MN No.18-009 U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION REGION I NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING March 22, 2018 Licensee: Dominion Energy Nuclear Connecticut, Inc.

Facility: Millstone Power Station Docket Nos: 50-336 and 50-423 Date/Time: Wednesday, April 4, 2018 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Purpose:

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will meet with the Connecticut Nuclear Energy Advisory Council (NEAC) to discuss NRCs assessment of the safety performance at the Millstone Power Station for 2017, as described in the annual assessment letter dated February 28, 2018. The NRC will respond to questions by NEAC members and then the public on specific performance issues at the plant and our role in ensuring safe plant operations.

Ryan, Chairman Quorum of NEAC Committee Membership Public Participation: This is a Category 3 Meeting. Public attendance at NEAC meetings is permitted and encouraged in accordance with their charter. The NRC staff will discuss performance at Millstone Power Station during calendar year 2017, and will answer questions and discuss issues or concerns related to Millstone Power Station during the NEAC meeting.
