U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 6 B4 Rockville, Maryland 20852 The purpose of the conference call between Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc (DNC or the licensee), and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) staff is to discuss remaining issues identified during NRC staff review of the Millstone Power Station, Unit Nos.

2 and 3 Generic Letter 2004-02 supplemental responses (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML100070068). The meeting will provide feedback to the NRC staff on the licensee's plans for resolving the remaining issues, discuss any points of concern, and discuss DNC's path forward.

This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
