LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 11 B2 Rockville, Maryland 20852 PURPOSE: The purpose of the meeting between Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc (DNC) and U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) staff is to discuss DNC's approach to responding to the NRC staff's request for additional information, dated January 26, 2010 (Agencywide Access Documents and Control System Accession No. ML100200490), regarding the Millstone Power Station, Unit NO.3 spent fuel pool criticality amendment request.

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
