(DNC or the licensee), and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) staff is to discuss remaining issues identified during NRC staff review of the Millstone Power Station, Unit NO.3 supplemental responses for Generic Letter 2004-02, "Potential Impact of Debris Blockage on Emergency Recirculation during Design Basis Accidents at Pressurized-Water Reactors" (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession (ADAMS) No. ML100070068). The meeting will provide feedback on potential plans for resolving the remaining issues, discuss any points of concern, and discuss DNC's path forward. This is a follow-up to the public teleconferences held on April 8, 2010, April 20, 2010, and June 7,2010 (ADAMS Accession Nos. ML101170575, ML101250623, and ML101590648, respectively), and the public meeting held on July 13, 2010 (the meeting summary will be available in ADAMS in the near future).
