LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North, Room 06-B4 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, MD 20852 PURPOSE: Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC) requested this meeting to provide an overview to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff of the license amendment request, which DNC intends on submitting, regarding the removal of the charging pumps from the technical specifications for Millstone Power Station, Unit NO.2.

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 public meeting. As such, the public is invited to observe this meeting, and will have the opportunity to communicate with the NRC staff after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.

Proprietary information may be discussed at certain times during this meeting. These portions of the meeting will be closed to members of the public who have not been granted access to the information by the owner of the information.
