Purpose:
The purpose of this teleconference is to discuss Dominion Energy Nuclear Connecticut, Inc.'s (Dominion's) proposed license amendment request to supplement the spent fuel pool criticality safety analysis in support of the use of a new fuel product, Gadolinia, as its burnable poison at Millstone Power Station, Unit No. 3.
