The purpose of the pre-application meeting between Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (Dominion, the licensee), and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) staff is to discuss a potential license amendment request from Millstone, Unit 2, concerning spent fuel pool criticality re-analysis.
