U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 0-4B4 Rockville, Maryland 20852 The purpose of the meeting between Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC or the licensee), and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) staff is to discuss remaining issues identified during NRC staff review of the Millstone Power Station, Unit NO.3 supplemental responses for Generic Letter 2004-02, "Potential Impact of Debris Blockage on Emergency Recirculation during Design Basis Accidents at Pressurized-Water Reactors" (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession (ADAMS) No. ML100070068). The meeting will provide feedback on potential plans for resolving the remaining issues, discuss any points of concern, and discuss DNC's path forward. This is a follow-up to the public teleconferences held on April 8,2010, April 20, 2010, June 7,2010, and July 28,2010 (ADAMS Accession Nos. ML101170575, ML101250623, ML101590648, and ML102220110, respectively), and the public meeting held on July 13, 2010 (ADAMS Accession No. ML102010261).
