Dear Mr. Reyes:
Re: Turkey Point Unit 3 Docket No. 50-250 The Turkey Point Unit 3 steam generators were inspected from October 5, 1998 through October 8, 1998. One steam generator tube located in Row 42, Column 55 was plugged in steam generator 3B as a result of the inspection. The tube was preventatively plugged due to mechanical wear at the anti-vibration bar. No defective tubes were identified in st'earn generators 3A, 3B, or 3C. This letter fullfills the reporting requirements as specified in Technical Specification 4.4.5.5.a.
