C. 20555 Re: Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Revised Emer encv Plan Im lementin Procedures Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q) and 10 CFR 50 Appendiz E, enclosed is one copy of revised Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure O-EPIP-20101, "Duties of Emergency Coordinator."

The medical emergency section previously contained in 0-EPIP-20101 has been moved to an administrative procedure. Some other minor editorial changes have been made.

Additionally, EPIP-20131, "Transfer of Contaminated Injured Personnel Offsite," has been cancelled, because the transfer of contaminated injured personnel offsite no longer requires declaration of an emergency. This information is now contained in an administrative procedure.

The implementation date for these procedure changes was January 27, 1998. FPL has determined that the changes described do not result in a decrease in the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.
