Turkey Point Units 3 5 4 Draft SE on Appendix R Exemption Requests As a follow-up to my phone conversation of February 15, 1983 wi th you, we request that the response dates to the NRC Fire Protection Draft SE letters (references 1 and 2) be extended to March 1, 1983 for St. Lucie Unit and 1 Turkey Point Units 3 8 4. This additional time will provide the opportunity to explore other response alternatives to those provided in the Draft SE cover letter.
