Re: Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-335 and 50-389 St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Generic Letter No. 83-28 Section 2.2.2 Florida Power 8 Light Company has actively participated in the NUTAC on NRC Generic Letter 83-28, Item 2.2.2 concerning a Vendor Equipment Technical Information PrograII (VETIP). It is expected that the NUTAC Report will be published before the end of March 1984.

The administrative program and procedures now in effect at St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 and Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 will be reviewed to confirm that they implement the recommended guidelines presented in the NUTAC Report. This review is scheduled to be completed by within two months after publication of the report.
