WNP-2, OPERATING LICENSE NPF-21 REVISION OF IODINE AMOUNTS REPORTED IN PREVIOUS %NP-2 SEMIANNUALAND ANNUALEFFLUENT REPORTS The Supply System has found an overstating of the iodine release amounts from an evaluation of the previous semiannual and annual effluent release reports for WNP-2. Regulatory Guide 1.21 specifies that licensees report quarterly sums of total curies of iodine-131 released. We provided Table 3-4 in the references (Attachment 1) to report this information. However, instead of reporting iodine-131 only in Table 3-4, we reported all of the identified isotopes of iodine. In Attachment 2, we provide a summary of data previously reported in Table 3-4 of the references (old data) and the new corrected totals for I-131 (new data). The other tables in the references (i.e., Tables 3-1, 3-2 and 3-3) correctly reported the individual isotopes of iodine.
