Maguire Site Vice President Pursuant to 10 CFR 51 and 10 CFR 54, Entergy Operations, Inc. (EOI) hereby applies for renewal of the operating license for the River Bend Station (RBS) to extend the license for an additional 20 years beyond the current expiration date. With renewal, the RBS operating license would be extended from midnight on August 29, 2025, to midnight on August 29, 2045. / The enclosed License Renewal Application and related Appendices contain the information required by 1 O CFR 54 for the contents of an application:

As required by 1 O CFR 54.21 (b), current licensing basis changes which have a material effect on the contents of this application, including the Updated Safety Report (USAA) Supplement (Appendix A), will be identified at least annually while the application is under NRG review and at least three months prior to the scheduled completion of the NRG review. This application is submitted in accordance with 1 o CFR 2 Subpart A, 1 o CFR 50.4, and 1 O CFR 50.30. EOI hereby submits the original of the application pursuant to 1 O CFR 50.4(b), 10 CFR 51.55(a), and 10 CFR 54.17(a).

Commitments contained in this application are listed in Appendix A, Section A.4.
