LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 06B4 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: The purpose of the meeting between Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon, the licensee), and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) staff is to discuss Exelon's license amendment request (LAR) dated September 24,2010 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)

Accession No. ML102780570), regarding proposed changes to the Main Steam Safety Valve (MSSV) technical specifications. The meeting will provide the NRC staff with an overview of the transient analysis portion of the LAR, as well as a discussion of the code of record for the piping and components for which the MSSVs provide overpressure protection. This discussion will help to focus the NRC staffs review of the LAR.

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
