Purpose:

NRC staff will inform Exelon management of the results of the NRC team inspection covering the scoping and aging management portions of the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 1 application for a renewed license. Aging management programs manage the affects of aging on safety systems and certain other special systems within the scope of license renewal.

Noll Site Vice President M. Gallagher Vice President License Renewal Public Participation: The 6:30 p.m. management meeting is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting. Per the attached agenda, following the business portion of the meeting, the public will have an opportunity to communicate with the NRC staff regarding the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 1 application for a renewed license, and the role of the NRC in ensuring safe plant operations. Handicapped persons requiring assistance to attend the meeting shall make their requests known to the NRC no later than two business days prior to the meeting.
