LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 04B6 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: The purpose of the meeting between Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon), Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR), Region I and Region IV staff, is to discuss recent steam generator tube inservice inspection results, specifically focusing on tube-to-tube wear indications.
