Petteri, I don't know much more about this issue than what the newspaper and NRC posting has in it, but once I become aware of any information that I can share, I will pass it along.

There is a thought that the containment crack was from construction, and I believe that they have a post tensioned containment like OL3. Maybe there will be some lessons learned from the root cause report or NRC inspection report that STUK and/or TVO would like to know.
