Site: CRYSTAL RIVER Emergency Class: NON EMERGENCY CRYSTAL RIVER 3 - ENDANGERED SPECIES REPORT On 09/11/2018 at 0907 EDT, a Kemp's Ridley Sea Turtle (Federal Endangered Species) carcass was recovered from the Crystal River Energy Complex Unit 2 Fossil unit. The Corporate lead Environmental Scientist determined cause of death was related to the operation at Unit 2. The Lead Environmental Scientist will make a report to the National Marine Fisheries Service for the causal mortality within 30 days. CR3 is currently in SAFSTOR with no equipment operating.

Notified R1DO(Mckinley) and Endangered spicies group via email.
