nocab-question1: In 2013, Duke Energy conducted a number of community engagement sessions in Citrus County with a CAB presented as an option.

Formation of a CAB was a very low consideration with the community leaders versus traditional communication resources, i.e. local newspaper, information emails, newsletters, etc. Even before the 2013 community engagement sessions, the local community was kept up to date with the plant closing status per the communication resources mentioned above.

nocab-question2: Per #1, the community leaders did not think it was necessary to put a formal organization together related to the plant closing and decommissioning. Would just be another meeting to attend vs.

relevant information already being received from Duke Energy via existing communication resources mentioned above.

nocab-question3: Duke energy provides open communication channels with the community and generally, the local community does not have any major concerns with the decommissioning process of the nuclear plant. The community understands the nuclear fuel has been safely stored on-site and from there, the plant will be dismantled at some point at no cost to local residents.

nocab-question4: Per comments above.
