ASME Section XI Form OAR-I, Owner's Activity Report. The SL2-17 outage ended on January 4, 2008. The Form OAR- 1, Owner's Activity Report, implements Code Case N-532-4. The OAR-1 report is prepared, certified, and submitted upon completion of each refueling outage.
