This routine, unannounced physical security inspection included a review

l of - licensee action on previous enforcement matters; status of inspector follow-up items and unresolved items; licensee actions relative to IE Information Notices; Security Plan and Implementing Procedures; Physical Barriers - Protected Area; Physical Barriers - Vital Area; Alarm Stations, and Personnel Training and Qualification.
The licensee's actions relative to Security Event Report Nos. 4-87, 5-87, 6-87, and 7-87 were also reviewed.
Results:
One violation of regulatory requirements was identified:

failure to implement compensatory measures.
