The licensee uses only one system to track all changes to plant documentation and hardware modifications. Upon investigation the number did not appear to have an excessive number of actual plant design changes. The system also appears to ensure that any modifications that have plant safety significance are promptly handled. The inspector reviewed the licensee lifted lead and jumper procedure A.P.1.3.9. It appeared to meet NRC guidelines. No violations or deviations were identified. 4. Fuel Stora e Racks, I.E. Manual Cha ter 50095 The inspector reviewed the fuel storage rack modification to allow venting of the fuel storage racks. It appeared to be a minor modification to the racks. The work appeared well documented and tests were planned to ensure proper construction. No violations or deviations were identified. 5. Licensee Meetin The inspector met with licensee staff and reviewed the licensee's plans for installing vibration monitoring equipment upon and test of the "B" recirculation pump and loop. No violations or deviations were identified. During the inspection the following items were observed which the licensee corrected: A number of expired transient combustible permits were observed in the log. The licensee stated that the log would periodically be reviewed to en'sure,that it is kept current. A number of fire doors have a large clear plastic cardholder installed on the doors to hold radiological control signs. This condition 'had been identified by the licensee and an NCR had been written to'orrect the issue. This plastic may invalidate the UL listing of the door.,This will be examined at a later inspection (50-397/85-31-,01). 'r A fire door was observed to be propped slightly open with an 'extension cord. This condition was observed a short time after a memberof licensee, management and the licensee's hourly fire watch had toured the area.
