Regarding item B of Appendix A to'ybur 'letter, your discussion notes that there was no requirement to implement em'ergency procedu're PPM-5.i2.4.'owever, as discussed in our inspection report, the annunciatoi procedure for high suppression pool level specifically directed the operato'r to two particular paragraphs of PPM-5.2.4", but did not"'refer to the normal operating procedure.

We understand you have been engaged,in procedureeimprovement activities, and encourage your ongoing effor'ts in this'area.

Our inspection staff will continue to monitor this aspect to,your'operations, including resolution of the specific items discus'sed above.
