The licenses stated that FP&L had submitted a QA Topical Report to Licensing on July 28, 1975.
TP&L intends to revise the present QA
Hanual to be compatible with the Topical Report and will replace Chapter XVII of the SAR with the Top 1 cal Report, if approved.

J. E. Vessely, formerly Assistant QA Hanager has been appointed to the position of Manager, QA.

The licensee has added a position titled "QC Coordinators." The per-sonnel filling these positions are engineering graduates and their function is to supply technical support.
They review procedures, specifications and instructions to ensure a quality product.
FP&L's QC personnel will be responsible for preparing construction sita proceduros and administrativa sito proceduros and will also bn responsible for performing all the inspection activities and specify
