REPORT NOS. 50-369/85-05 AND 50-370/85-05 Thank you for your responses of April 11, 1985 and June 20, 1985, to our Notice of Violation issued on March 12, 1985, concerning activities conducted at your McGuire facility under NRC Operating License Nos. NPF-9 and NPF-17.
We have evaluated your responses and found that they meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We find no additional justification to substantiate your denial and therefore the violation remains as written.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
