Thank you for infoming us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your lette.'. Le have no further questions regarding Violation 1.
Regarding Violation 2, your action cannot be evaluated at this time because it involves an interpretation of the mquirenents of the Security Plan which is presently being reviewed for approh ' by flRR Licensing. We will contact you with regard to resciution of Violation.' after flRR review of the Security Plan revision.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the flRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title is, Code of Federal Re]ulations, documentation of findings of your control

and accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials and your facility security measures for physical protection are deemed to be corrercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12; uherefore, the encle ure to the referenced letter will not be placed in the Public Document Root.
