l Areas Inspected:
Review of actions taken as a result of commitments identified in
a management _ meeting on July 18, 1980; documented in an IAL dated July 21, 1980; i
revised in Duquesne Light Company letters of October 30, 1980 and January 9,1981 i
and restated in an NRC letter dated January 19, 1981 concernirIg installation of security equipnent. -The inspection involved 28 inspector-hours onsite by one NRC regional based inspector.
Results: The licensee was found to be in noncompliance with NRC requirements in

i one (1) of the areas examined, Testing and Maintenance (failure to have written ' pro-cedures for operationally testing security equipment) (Details 3).
