This refers to your letters dated April 30 and May 6, 1982, in response to our letter dated March 29, 1982.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter. These actions will be examined during a future inspection of your licensed program.
Based on a telephone conversation on May 6,1982, between Mr. K. Grada of your staff and Mr. R. Nimitz of this office regarding your supplemental response to-finding E.1, we understand an individual has been assigned the responsibility for oversight of Solid and Liquid Radioactive Waste System operations.
In addition, pending incorporation of the Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications and the concomitant managerial oversight required, the Shift Supervisor has-been designated as the individual responsible for oversight of Gaseous Radioactive Waste System operations.
If this is not your understanding, please contact this office within 30 days of the date of this letter, Your cooperation with us is appreciated.
