Security Program Audit; Records and Reports; Testing and Maintenance; Locks, Keys and Combinations; Physical Barriers - Vital Areas; Access Control - Personnel; Safeguards Contingency Plan Implementation Review; and Physical Protection Safeguards Information.
Results:
There were no violations of regulatory requirements identified.
