NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-321/86-14 AND 50-366/86-14 Thank you for your response of June 30, 1986, to our Notice of Violation issued on May 30, 1986, concerning licensed activities conducted at your Edwin I. Hatch facility.
We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
After careful consideration of the basis for your request that the violation be withdrawn, we have concluded, for the reasons presented in the enclosure to this letter, that the violation should remain as presented in the Notice of Violation.
