Box 4545 Atlanta, GA 30302 Gentlemen: SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT N05. 50-321/86-34 AND 50-366/86-34 Thank you for your response of February 23, 1987, and your supplemental response of May 28, 1987, to our Notice of Violation issued on January 23, 1987, concerning activities conducted at your Hatch facility. We have examined your responses and found that they meet the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementation of your action to correct Violation B during future inspections.
With regard to Violation A, we agree with your position and have deleted the Violation from our records.
