Areas Inspected:
Unannounced security inspection of licensee compliance with physical security requirements as related to security plan, security organization, access controls, response procedures, and follow-up on items identified in Report Nos. 50-302/78-3 and 50-302/78-17.
The inspection involved 9 man-hours onsite by one NRC inspector.
The inspection was initiated during normal shift hours.
Results:
Of the four areas inspected, two items of noncompliance were discovered in two areas.
Infraction - response procedures (50-302/78-27-01); deficiency - vehicle control (50-302/78-27-02).
