Functional or Program Ageas Inspected 1.
General Westinghouse nondestructive examination (NDE) personnel performed eddy current examination (ET) on the SG tubes and Zetec NDE personnel performed the ET interpretation.

Review of Program and Procedures The inspector reviewed the program in which essentially 100% ET was per-formed through the first support in the hot legs of both SG's of all tubes readily accessible by the remote equipment and the following procedures for the SG examinations and repair. The program and procedures were prepared in accordance with ASME Section XI, 1974 Edition, Summer 1975 Addenda.

Observation of Work Activities, Data Review and Audit The inspector observed the work and had discussions with personnel during review of the ET on Unit 1, SG "A" and SG "B".
Observations included performance of the ET and documentation of several tubes.
A review of the data reports was made and prior to the inspector leaving the site the folJowing SG tubes were found to be unacceptable which are to be plugged. There were several other tubes to be ET and results evaluated.
