' Ditel Safeguards Section Inspection Summary Meeting on August 26, 1981 (Reports No. 50-266/81-16; 50-301/81-18)
Scope of Meeting: A special, pre-arranged meeting was held with corporate and site management to discuss:
(1) complignce history and trends;
_
(2) recent security inspection findings; and (3) the operability of certain security systems. The meeting lasted approximately tnree hours with four Region III personnel attending.
Results: The licensee was informed of the concerns held by Region III regarding apparent adverse enforcement trends noted in the licensee's access control program. The impact, causes, and possible solutions cegarding those trends were discussed at great length by both the li-censee and the NRC. representatives.
