This routine, unannounced inspection was conducted in the area of Physical Protection of Shipment of Irradiated Fuel.

Results:
In the areas inspected, violations or deviations were not identified.
Observation of planning, coordination and control of the scheduled shipment-prior to departure, enroute and upon arrival at the receiving destination confirmed that the licensee continued to comply with commitments contained in the. approved Spent Nuclear Fuel Shipment Plan, Revision 7, dated May 17, 1991, and regulatory requirements. All communications and safeguards actions relating to the shipment were performed professionally and :in a very efficient manner.
