f Safeguards Branch Insyection Summary Inspection on October 23-26 and October 31-November 2, 1978 (Report No. 50-237/78-26)
Areas Inspected: Material Control and Accountability including facility organizr.tien and operation; measurements and control; storage and internal contro.'.s; shipping and receiving; records and reports; inventory and invent >ry verification; and management of material control system. The inspection involved 45 inspector-hours onsite by two NRC inspectors.
Results: Of the seven areas inspected, no apparent items of noncompliance or deviations were identified in six areas; one apparent item of noncom-pliance/ deficiency - failure to dispatch Forms NRC-741 on the same day material was shipped (Paragraph 7).
