This is to inform you that WNP-2 has initiated the necessary actions to re-open the following 10CFR50.55(e)'s:

  1. 22, Cable Routing Design Errors
  1. 37, Routing of Mainsteam Line Detector
  1. 43, Electrical Separation of RPS Scram
  1. 49, SGTS Dampers
  1. 50, Low Level Sensors (Wiring)
  1. 53, Separation Violations Within HPCS System
  1. 54, Separation Violations Within PGCC and Cable Spreading Room .
  1. 60, Class 1E Analog Instrument / Cable Not Identified as IE
  1. 64, PGCC Cable Routing and Termination Discrepancies
  1. 82, Installation / Documentation Interim reports on the above items will be provided by December 18, 1982. All subsequent reports will be provided on a quarterly basis until a final report is filed.

10CFR50.55(e) #40, Recirculation Nozzle Safe End Modification, is not connected with Electrical Separation, and as such, need not be reopened.
