SUMMARY

OF MANAGEMENT ACTIONS And STATISTICAL ANALYSIS FOR REPORTING PERIOD JULY THROUGH DECEMBER 2004 Analysis of the data indicates that 56 percent of the average eligible population was randomly tested during the period July through December 2004.

The total positive test for this period was 3. Short-term contractor personnel accounted for 2 positive tests and a licensee employee accounted for 1 positive test.

TXU Power submitted blind performance specimens in accordance with 10 CFR 26, Appendix A, Section 2.8 (e)(2), requirements. There were no reportable events.

Activities associated with NEI 03-01 Rev. 1 were implemented on October 29, 2004.

One event was reported by telephone under 10CFR26.73. A supervisor tested positive for alcohol on a random screen. There were no significant events reported during this period.
