TXU Generation Company LP (Luminant Power) submits Fitness-For-Duty Program Performance data for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, herein referred to as Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant (CPNPP). Attached are CPNPP's Fitness-For-Duty Program Performance data for the six month period of January 1, 2007 through June 30, 2007. The data required by 10CFR26.71(d) are provided on standard forms with the exception of the summary of management actions and list of events reported, which are provided on a separate page entitled 'Summary of Management Actions and Statistical Analysis for Reporting Period'.

ATTACHMENT 2 to TXX-07131 Summary of Management Actions and Statistical Analysis for Reporting Period

SUMMARY

OF MANAGEMENT ACTIONS And STATISTICAL ANALYSIS FOR REPORTING PERIOD January THROUGH June 2007 The average eligible population was randomly tested at a rate of 55% during the reporting period.

The total positive tests for this period were 5; these were pre-access, short-term contractor personnel that accounted for the positive tests. Additionally, 5 short term contractors refused to test during the pre-access processing. These 10 individuals were denied access at CPNPP.

TXU Generation Company LP (Luminant Power) submitted blind performance specimens in accordance with 10 CFR 26, Appendix A, Section 2.8 (e)(2), requirements. There were no reportable events.

No events were reported by telephone under 10CFR26.73.
