In accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.54(w), TXU Generation Company LP (TXU Power) hereby submits the attached summary report of the level and source of on-site property damage insurance coverage for CPSES as of April 1, 2007. The level of coverage maintained is in excess of the $1.06 billion as required by I 0CFR50.54(w).
This communication contains no new licensing basis commitments regarding CPSES Units 1 and 2.
