SUMMARY

OF MANAGEMENT ACTIONS And STATISTICAL ANALYSIS FOR REPORTING PERIOD JANUARY THROUGH JUNE 2006 Analysis of the data indicates that about 32 percent of the average eligible population was randomly tested during the reporting period.

The total positive tests for this period were 1. The test was classified as a pre-access test. Short-term contractor personnel accounted for the positive test.

TXU Power submitted blind performance specimens in accordance with 10 CFR 26, Appendix A, Section 2.8 (e)(2), requirements. There were no reportable events.

No events were reported by telephone under 10CFR26.73.
